  1. Vessels are hygienically cleaned and disinfected with hot water.
  2. Staffs provide services after under going medical examination.
  3. Uniforms of the staff are washed and changed every day.
  4. Specialized cooks are arranged from kerala, Chennai, Karnataka or north India depending on the dishes you have selected.
  5. Any change in Menu Vathiyar Items &Services Timing may please be intimated 15 days in advance.
  6. Vadhiyar list should be given one month in advance. After supplied, check your vathiyar items one hour before function.Vadhiyar only will take care of his items.
  7. Final quotation shall be forwarded after finalization of menu.
  8. After confirmation the number of persons if decreased (per head charge) will be changed in the estimate.
  9. Check your menu &seer items available with our supervisor immediately on your arrival at the Hall and put your signature in confirmation duplicate copy. Please contact our Director for any change thereafter.
  10. Coffee, Tea (5.30am to 7pm), Lunch and Dinner shall be served in dining hall only.
  11. Mineral Hot & Cold water served at extra charge. Cool drinks will serve Muhurtham & Reception Timings only. If any extra need will be charged extra.
  12. Instructions to Photographer, Videographer and Car driver shall be given by our Supervisor only If its in our contract. In case of any alteration required please contact our supervisor.
  13. Flowers shall be arranged and supplied according to season and availability in the market. Any extra requirement of flowers please inform one hour before, the Functions starts.
  14. For any kinds of urgent help or assistance, feel free to approach our Supervisor.
  15. Please sign the card available with our supervisor at the end of the Function to avoid any future misunderstanding as regards persons served, facility enjoyed, etc.No doubts shall be entertained at the time of final bill. After spreading the milk take Paligai items in your custody. Marriage Hall staffs (Cleaners, drivers, ect,) if participate in Tiffin, Lunch& Dinner, their head counting will be added in your account.
  16. Kattusada koodai on 3rd day for boys and girls side(door delivery) at 11 a.m.shall be provided at extra charge. Please be intimate Kattusada Koodai details one day in advance.
  1. Any extra items in Tiffin, Lunch and Buffet shall be charged separately. Carrying of Party Luggage, Hall Cleaning Chair Arrangements are not our duty. You can clarify with hall Manager.
  2. In case of any monopoly in the marriage hall, rent for Vessels Royalty & Gas shall be charged extra.
  3. No tips either in cash or kind should be offered to the staff
  4. Please take care of your belongings at the function. We shall not be responsible for any loss.
  5. Bill shall be presented after completion of the function which may please be settled on the same day of Muhurtham without fail bill should to settled on the same day of the function.
  6. Payments received by accounts payee’s cheques only.      
  7. Cheques should be issued in favour of A.S.RAJASHEKAR CATERERS
  8. Outstation Cheque will not accepted.
  9. Seer Items, Mineral Water, Ice-Cream, Soft drinks will be supplied only by us.
  10. We shall not allow any outsider to serve the food with our items .service tax applicable (on food items)
